PAYMENT INFORMATION
All registrations must pay via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Please email Centennial Conferences with any questions.
To qualify for the early registration fee, your payment – not your payment commitment – must be received by April 30, 2025.
We understand some registrants need to use different forms of payment for different registration items. If this is the case, please complete your registration for the conference first and then return to your registration to modify your selection and provide a different form of payment for additional items.
REGISTRATION CHANGES
To make a change to a conference registration, return to the conference registration website, Cvent, enter in your email address and make the necessary changes. All changes after registration cut-off (June 18) need to be made in writing and emailed to Centennial Conferences.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $100 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail or email) by Centennial Conferences by May 28, 2025. Cancellations after May 28 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
PRE-CONFERENCE REGISTRATION CUT-OFF
After June 18, 2025, please register on-site. Advanced Conference registration will be closed at midnight, June 18, 2025.
