Supporting MT29 gives you and your organization direct access to hundreds of sophisticated audience members involved in the research and development of magnet research. It is an excellent way to demonstrate your organization’s support for the conference while helping to offset expenses including costs for junior scientists, students and colleagues who could not otherwise afford to attend.

Patrons will be acknowledged as follows: Company name, logo and web link will appear on the MT29 website, in conference related informational emails, on appropriate signage displayed during the conference, on pre-plenary session looping slides, and in the published special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity (tentative publication date: Summer 2026). All patrons will receive a ribbon to wear on their name badge.

SUPPORTER OPPORTUNITIES

MT29 recognizes that a thriving international network of professional communication is critical to ensuring rapid advancement in magnet technology. Toward this end, MT29 welcomes the opportunity to cooperate with other technical societies and organizations in co-supporting or endorsements of special sessions.

Plenary Sessions $3,000 + (one exclusive patron per plenary)

Each supported Plenary Session will contain the name of the patron as part of the session title. The patron’s company name, logo and QR code will be projected on the screen at the beginning of each plenary session and a sign with the patron’s logo and QR code will be placed at the entry. In addition, verbal acknowledgment will be given by the session moderator, and the opportunity for the patron company to give a 60-second intro to the plenary session.

Young Scientists Plenary Session $3,000 + (one exclusive patron per plenary)

On Sunday, July 6, there will be a Young Scientists Plenary Session. The supported Plenary Session will contain the name of the patron as part of the session title. The patron’s company name, logo and QR code will be projected on the screen at the beginning of the plenary session and a sign with the patron’s logo and QR code will be placed at the entry. In addition, verbal acknowledgment will be given by the session moderator, and the opportunity for the patron company to give a 60-second intro to the plenary session.

Special Sessions (non-plenary) $2,000 + (one exclusive patron per session)

Special Sessions will be formed to serve as major highlights of the conference in keeping with the interests of the magnet technology community. Memorial Sessions will also be designated, whereby an oral session has been thematically structured to honor the contributions of a departed colleague. Each supported special session will contain the name of the patron in the session title. The patron’s company name, logo and QR code will also be projected on the screen at the beginning of the session and a sign with the patron’s logo and QR code will be placed at the entry. In addition, verbal acknowledgment will be given by the session moderator and the opportunity for the patron company to give a verbal 60-second intro to the special session.

General & Student Support $500 and up

Your unrestricted contribution will provide critical general conference support for organizing and implementing MT29. Your support also provides for the conference to offer a discounted registration rate to students who are attending the conference.


ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

Lanyard for Badge Holders $4,000 (one exclusive patron)

One patron logo or patron name will be printed, along with the MT29 logo, on the lanyards for badge holders and distributed to all conference participants, exhibitors and guests.

Swag Item at Conference $1,500 (one exclusive patron)

One patron can provide a swag item that will be placed on the registration desks or in the speaker preparation room as handouts to all conference attendees. The cost of the swag item is a patron cost.

Speaker Prep Computer Advertising $2,000 (one exclusive patron)

One patron logo and QR code will be displayed on the computers in the Speaker Prep room. All attendees who have an oral presentation at MT29 must go to this room to upload their presentation.

Program Book Advertising

The Conference Program Book will be utilized by participants throughout the Conference. The Program Book’s front and back covers will be in color on glossy paper, with the inside text pages printed in color on standard paper. The deadline for advertising opportunities in the Program Book is Tuesday, May 6, 2025.

Advertising Company Advertisement in a Scheduled
Conference E-Blast
$1,000 per e-blast

MT29 will email conference related information daily to conference attendees during the conference week. Your company can develop a small advertisement to be included in the conference-related email sent to the registrants. Each advertisement will consist of the advertiser’s logo, QR code, and a 200-word ad.

The deadline for advertising opportunities in the Program Book is Tuesday, May 6, 2025.

The organizers reserve the right to decline ad copy and promotional material deemed unacceptable in tone or character or that may detract from the scientific and educational nature of the conference. Pre-approval is required.

All items are listed in US Dollars. Payments must be received to secure the support/advertising item. Partial payments will not be accepted. Payments accepted by credit card only.
